The valve passage of the valve body of the conventional straight stroke regulating valve is S-shaped, and the direction of movement of the spool is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe. Different from the conventional pipe S-type flow channel, the axial flow regulating valve is designed in the middle of the valve body to be a streamlined cone body coaxial with the pipe. When the fluid passes, the cone will be dispersed around the cone body to form a concentric cocurrent beam, which passes through the valve body. The annular flow passage is throttled into the downstream pipeline by the sleeve.
The spool is moved in the sleeve and in a coaxial direction to regulate the flow. The characteristics of the flow path of the axial flow regulating valve make the inner cavity of the valve evenly stressed, and control the vibration caused by the uneven force. In terms of medium flow direction, the axial flow type electric pressure regulating valve has an S-type valve, and its medium flow direction can be selected. Usually, the single seat valve is low in and out, the double seat valve is high in and out, and the inlet and outlet directions are It is not interchangeable according to the valve trim.
The media flow direction of the Axial control valve is single, and the inlet and outlet directions cannot be exchanged. The axial flow regulator uses a soft and hard seal. The leakage can reach V-VI level. The valve core is provided with a pressure balance hole, and the sleeve is provided with a plurality of throttle holes, which are similar to the conventional sleeve valve and the low noise valve valve inner structure.
