Daily axial flow electric pressure regulator maintenance
- 2019-10-24-

1. The axial flow type electric pressure regulating valve should be stored in a naturally ventilated room, and both ends of the passage must be blocked.

2, long-term storage of electric valves should be regularly maintained, eliminate waste, and apply anti-rust agent on the production and processing surface.

3. After installation, the inspection should be done on time, the main inspection items: damage to the sealing surface. The trapezoidal thread of the stem and stem nut is damaged. Whether the filler is eliminated or not, if it is damaged, it should be replaced on time. After the electric valve is repaired and assembled, the sealing characteristics test should be done.

The electric valve in operation, all kinds of valve parts should be complete and intact. The external thread of the flange and the bolt on the bracket are indispensable, and the external thread should be intact and no loose condition is allowed. Fasten the nut on the handwheel and tighten it if it feels loose to avoid damaging the joint or losing the handwheel and signage. If the handwheel is lost, it is not allowed to replace it with a spanner wrench and it should be fitted on time. The packing cap does not allow for skewing or pre-tightening clearance.

Electric pressure regulator

For axial-flow electric pressure regulators in environments that are susceptible to rain, snow, weather, dust, sand, etc., the valve stems must be fitted with protective covers. The scale on the axial flow electric pressure regulating valve should be kept intact, accurate and clear. The seals, caps and pneumatic parts of the axial flow type electric pressure regulating valve should be complete and intact. The insulation jacket should be free from dents and cracks.

It is not allowed to hit, stand or support the hanging objects on the running electric valve; especially the non-metallic electric valve and the cast iron axial flow electric pressure regulating valve are more strictly prohibited.
