Self-operated gas pressure regulating valve worm gear transmission adjustment and wiring method
1. Open the electrical switch box cover, connect the core wire of the cable to the corresponding terminal according to the electrical control requirements, and seal the cable inlet, and fix the cable at the same time to prevent the cable from being damaged when the external force is pulled.
2. When the valve is in the "fully closed" position, turn the lower closing cam clockwise, that is, the cam just touches the micro switch (you can hear the click), and then tighten the screw on the cam to fix the cam.
3. When the valve is in the "fully open" position, turn the upper opening cam counterclockwise and adjust the opening cam in the same way as above.
4. Adjust the limit screw. When the valve is in the “full off” or “fully open” position, the limit screw should not be placed on the limit plane of the worm gear, but a certain gap should be left, and then the limit is tightened. Lock nut on the screw.
5. Cover the electrical switch box cover. When the valve is in the “fully closed” position, point the pointer of the opening indicator to the “0” scale on the dial and tighten the screw to fix the pointer.
Self-operated gas pressure regulator use precautions
1. The self-operated gas pressure regulating valve can be installed on the pipeline at any position in space.
2. The installation position of the self-operated gas pressure regulating valve should ensure the convenience of use, maintenance and replacement.
3. The self-operated gas pressure regulating valve can be installed without considering the direction of the flow of the pipeline medium, that is, allowing two-way flow.
4. The self-operated gas pressure regulating valve should be stored in the indoor dry place before installation, and the valve plate should be slightly opened 4°~5°.
5. The following work should be carried out before the installation of the self-operated gas pressure regulating valve:
a. Check carefully whether the usage is consistent with the performance specifications of this ZZYP self-operated gas regulator.
b. Clean the inner cavity and sealing surface. Do not allow dirt to adhere. Do not open or close the butterfly plate before cleaning.
c. Check whether the transmission is connected to the flange of the ZZYP self-operated gas pressure regulating valve.
6. When the self-operated gas pressure regulating valve is clamped in the pipeline, pay attention to whether the connecting force is uniform and reliable.
7. After the self-operated gas pressure regulating valve is installed, the valve plate must be in the open position when the pipeline strength is tested.
8. After the self-operated gas pressure regulating valve is installed, it should be inspected regularly. The main items of the inspection are as follows:
a. Whether the self-operated gas pressure regulating valve seat and the o-ring are damaged.
b. Sealing performance of the sealing surface of the valve plate.
c. After the self-operated gas pressure regulating valve is overhauled and assembled, there shall be no jamming when opening and closing the rotation.
d. After the self-operated gas pressure regulating valve is overhauled and assembled, the sealing performance test shall be carried out as required.
f. After each inspection, the situation should be recorded in detail for inspection.
