The daily maintenance and maintenance of the nitrogen axial flow regulator is an important matter in daily work. This is related to the service life of the axial flow regulator. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the usual maintenance and maintenance when using. So, how do the routine maintenance and maintenance of the nitrogen axial flow regulator be carried out?

1. Conduct a patrol inspection every day: check the nitrogen pressure value at the outlet of the nitrogen bottle and the nitrogen pressure before and after the pressure regulating valve.

2. Use soapy water once a day to test the pipeline and link parts of the nitrogen pressure control cabinet. Is there a nitrogen leak?

3, the temperature difference to suppress the nitrogen bottle insulation layer should be no damage. After the temperature difference is stabilized, the pressure gauge indication value of the nitrogen bottle stop valve should be the nitrogen set pressure.

4. Determine whether there is a leak by changing the time interval of the nitrogen bottle. Normally, one bottle of nitrogen can be used for about 4 weeks.

5. Test the pipeline and connecting parts before and after the axial flow regulator and the axial flow regulator, and there should be no leakage. (If the axial flow regulator has a leaky drain tank, the liquid level will continue to rise, and the on-site axial flow regulator will have a fluid rushing through the sound)

Common faults in the daily use of axial flow regulators are:

1. Nitrogen bottle replacement is frequent, nitrogen bottle pressure is low, and axial pressure regulator valve chamber pressure is underreported or cannot be maintained at set pressure. This phenomenon occurs because of the leak point in the nitrogen control system. It is necessary to check the nodes in the nitrogen cabinet with soapy water, and the leaked nodes are tightened and the sealant is applied.

2. The axial flow regulator cannot be closed, the liquid level of the discharge tank continues to rise, and the on-site axial flow regulator has the sound of crude oil flowing. At this point, the axial flow regulating valve line front shutoff valve should be closed, the axial flow pressure regulating valve should be removed from the pipeline, the debris should be cleaned, the sealing ring, the valve seat and the valve core checked.
